Unlimited Home Display Space - Of course, these must be your personal listings, but you can display as many of your home listings on EHV as you want that meet the platform criteria. These properties are then made available for viewing by potentially millions of corporate  employees and transferees that log on to EmployeeHomeView to look for a new home to buy.

· Special Distinction - Each listing that appears on our site will carry our special template with your picture, biography, and contact information inside, so all interested parties (selling & buying) can contact you directly from our site. You need to promote yourself on web sites that target key markets like EHV.

NOTE: It is our policy only to assign listings to Golden Circle member realtors for employee/member sellers who enroll in our newly introduced Marketing Assistance Program.

 
 
 

· Private Gallery – Besides showing your “corporate” listings individually on EHV, we establish a private gallery so you can show your entire listing portfolio. All the home browser has to do is click on your membership logo located on any of your listings, and they'll be connected to your special suite of homes.

 
 

· Incentives - Each listing, of course, will carry at least one valuable incentive directed at the potential buyers. Most of the time, the incentives will come from key, national mortgage lenders who will offer the potential homebuyer a reduction in costs to obtain the loan. We make the incentives easy to make an apple-to-apple comparison with other lenders. Also, in certain areas, we offer an attorney and title conveyance network, which will provide your customer with a reduction in closing costs.There may be other incentives which may include homeowner's insurance discounts and home guarantees insurance

 

 

 

Display Kit - Your Starter package will include a supply of our Home Display easels, which should be placed in the home. The tear-off sheets located on the display will direct local property traffic to taking advantage of financing or other valuable offers on the home. We are truly committed to bringing about a sale for you and your customer.

 

· Reporting – We will provide you with a listing summary of all the property types that you have on the system, and with home viewing activities as they occur. You will be able to view your entire home inventory of listed properties (Corporate Book of Business") at a glance.

-Your Property Map – For easy reference, you can view your current listings that are color-coded to denote the property owner types. Click the print button and place the page in your listing packet to add to your credentials during your listing presentation with a prospect.

 

 


 

· Interactive – Your home listing customer can assist in selecting and/or editing the photographs used to place the property in the best possible light. Your client will receive the same site activity feedback you receive regarding search matches, property tour hits, etc.
