This Site does not have any data fields to collect credit cards, bank accounts, social security, driver’s license or passport numbers, age, gender, race or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade memberships, genetic, health or the like.   Sould Account Holder utilize any resource links contained in this site, Account Holder is subject to the privacy policy of that resource and solely responsible for any and all information that Participant elects to provide to that resource.

Log Data/Cookies/Tracking Technology
The Site may use in the future log data/cookie and tracking technology for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of Account Holders who log to this site, date time of your visit, time spent on pages and other statistics and understanding how Account Holders use the Sites. This information is only used to review and improve the Site for Account Holders.

Providers
We offer certain third parties to facilitate and provide certain core services as part of the suite of real estate (buy, sell assistance) home financing and household goods moving services available to Account Holders using our Site. These third party suppliers, as applicable, along with their logos and service descriptions are posted on this Site.  Only the Personal Information that you provide in the request form and relevant to the specific services will be provided to that specific third party.  These third parties, in turn, have been asked to not use your Personal Information for any other purpose, without your permission, however this Site privacy policy does not provide any warranties or guarantees.

This Site contains links directly to third party Web sites that are considered to be of related interest. These links are provided as a time savings convenience only. You may also ask us to disable your account and let us know that you do not wish to receive any further communication from us. We retain your service utilization history of those services you have requested information on and/or purchased.

The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to Our Company’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.

The right to data portability – You have the right to request that Our Company transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
